Hello! - A Message From The Owner

Hi there! Welcome to the Meadow East apartment community website, and thanks for dropping by.

My name is Bryan, and in my 40 years of owning and managing apartment communities, one simple thing has never changed – people always want value.

Of course value can mean different things to different people, but usually its some mix of things like price, apartment size, nice neighbors, peace and tranquility, attractive grounds, a responsive caring maintenance team, and of course, a great administrative staff. And sometimes even proximity to laundry and the ability to keep their furry family members.

I believe we offer all that and more right here at Meadow East and at our Potsdam sister-property : Swan Landing.

But don’t take my word for it.  Consider what current and past residents have to say here: Reviews

Our Story

In addition to the basics that you would just expect as a given, we offer so much more:

We are pet friendly, winter friendly and Eco-friendly. Here is a list of our Amenities, and as for incorporating tech to make our residents lives simpler, , our resident relations software Buildium, available to all residents, helps you in all phases of the rental cycle. From initial lease review, application to live here, signing your lease remotely, paying your monthly rent automatically, and even submitting maintenance requests for anything in your home.

But please don’t feel like you have to do everything, or anything, online.

We would love you to come visit us at 118 Leroy St in Potsdam and see our beautiful 16-acre site for yourself, with lots of trees and greenery that you - and any furry friends you might have - will really enjoy walking as often as you wish. But be sure to walk quietly at night, so you can enjoy the company of the deer who love walking around with us too.

So whether you already work in Potsdam and you want to stop wasting commuting time every day, you’re retired and never want to worry about snow clearing, lawn mowing, or even general home maintenance any more, or you’re a new student who isn’t in to partying but actually wants the quiet and solitude to work hard in a peaceful setting, Meadow East HAS what you need.

Thanks for checking us out, and if you feel Meadow East is right for you, then we look forward to meeting you soon.

The community offers a quiet neighborhood atmosphere. People here are a balance of retirees and professionals, as well as mature students often with families. Our neighbours are warm and friendly and management works to keep it that way, which is very nice for all. Staff & Owner – helpful & responsive

Meadow East provides general solitude and a quiet atmosphere. As a graduate student, these apartments have given me a safe environment with friendly and respectful neighbors. Rich and Amber are loyal to their tenants and work to accommodate each individual and their needs. The location is in close proximity to local stores, making last minute grocery and supply shopping an easy walk across the street.
